Goose Processing

I have seen this thread in the archives, but all of the sources seem to have gone away...

Does anyone know of someone who cleans geese?

I have a place to take them for sausage, and I know that it is not that difficult to clean them, but to be honest, I would think it would be great to find someone to do it for me.
