An Appeal to Integrity and Good Conscious

Been coming here for many years now to enjoy and contribute to the posts and threads of fellow bluewater fishermen. However, to have threads/posts deleted because of certain sponsor(s) dislikes secondary to intrapersonal issues is completely against any acceptable values.



What was wrong with the great thread and posts associated with Shayne.Com and the trip that most of us would have liked to been on? I didn't see any vulagarity, rudeness, inappropriate comments, or such. I think that the owners and moderators of this site owe a explanation to us all. This site is successful because of the positive contributions of the collective despite the occasional stray from sensibility and manifestations of ego. If abberant behavior and hubris take control (not talking about the occasional embelishment of the trip) then regardless of the amount of hits it gets it has failed those that want to learn and teach the art that we all so love.



As a member of this community I think some explanation is warranted. If by the chance I find myself in the company of those banned before me for such requests then at least I am good company.
