My motor just started this ****. At 3000-3500 RPM it will alarm and the power is reduced. I will pull the throttle back to neutral and it shut the alarm off . I can run it all day at 2800 . It will let me get to 4500 for about 3 minutes before alarming. The water pump is fine and the heads have been checked for overheating. All electrical connections in the battey box were replaced 3 weeks ago . Any Ideas??
