Hunting lease

Would like to lease out some land I purchased recently in the Hill country.

About the land:



1. 67 acres

2. located in Bertram, between Liberty Hill and Burnet.

3. few trees on the property

4. part of a very large area that is leased for cattle grazing - ive only seen the cows 1X

5. see dove flying over

6. see deer sign

6. No water on property but 2 ponds close by

7. open to dove, turkey, and deer hunting



I have never leased out land nor I have paid for a hunting lease so I don't know where to begin on what to charge someone.

I plan to be out there 4th of July weekend and could possibly meet to view the property.
