A question for people who are in the oil and gas industry!!

So I currently work for a drilling company down in south Texas. My position is a floor hand or roughneck. Ive worked closely with my motor hand and derrick hand and really have no interest in either one of those jobs. The way my position evolves is to move to one of those positions at some point. Like I said I have no interest in moving to either one of those positions but I also understand that I cant roughneck for the rest of my life. My question is does anyone know of any other positions in the Oilfield that a roughneck would be qualified for that has similar pay?? Or which way should I direct my career towards. Heck any advice really.
