1648 with Go Devil 35SD?

I currently have a Lowe 1648 flatbottom with a 24hp longtail. Usually hunt with 3 guys and dog and its rather slow. Looking at upgrading to a 35hp surface drive. Does anyone run a 35 on a 1648? What kind of speed could I expect?



Currently get about 13-15mph loaded and 19-20 with 1 person and normal gear.
