Sailfish: Highest Probability / Cheapest

I am looking to catch a Sailfish and was wondering what my best option would be at the lowest price for a weekend trip in August?



I am leaning toward either Puerto Aventuras or Cabo but I am open to any option. The most important aspect would obviously be to hook up and the second would be to keep the costs down.
