What weed is this and best way to get rid of it?

I've got three areas of this stuff that drive me crazy..

Is it crabgrass?

What's the best way to get rid of it?
It looks a lot like my St Augustine when I cut it. It's hard to tell from my pics, but I figured someone would be familiar with it.
