The Outback Cabin is an 82 inch by 17 foot, self-contained cabin that fits on and is removable from, an 83 inch by 16 foot or larger, flat-top, duel axle trailer.
The cabin is steel sided, with steel entry door and sleeps 3 in Murphy style beds that fold away to maximize floor space. The walls and ceiling are tongue and grove pine, with tin wainscoting.
The cabin is fully insulated and electrically wired to function on three power sources. (1) line power, (2) 120 volt generator or (3) 12 volt battery when A/C or 120 volt appliances are not required.
The cabin is Pex plumed to run off of two water sources, (1) lined or hosed water supply, or (2) barrel type supply through a 12 volt, 55 psi, on demand lift station to supply the kitchen and toilet areas.
Hot water is supplied through an on-demand, propane water heater that supplies the kitchen and shower areas.
The cabin’s cooking area is equipped with a residential styled sink and propane, 2 burner cook top. $9,500 or best offer.
