Union pros & cons

Who had some legitimate information about the Union? Currently at my plant lots of people are fed up and talking about going Union. Reps are here passing out cards. Lots of these folks are forced to work 16 hour days 7 days a week. During break time while coworkers are on the Union subject, I very seldom chime in on the conversation. Management has had 2 meetings thus far in the past week to push people away from signing the cards, Union is bad yada yada. Today at work in the break room there is a movie playing which is about how the Union is bad. One of my fellow maintnence coworkers turned the propaganda off. Then the H.R. Individual walked in and asked who turned the video off. Some mentioned that it was break time and we didn't wanna watch or listen to it. The H.R. Guy turned the video back on even louder. It was certainly a bad vibe in the break room today. Thanks for reading, any input would be appreciated! Respect
