Topwater bite remains strong

I have fished all over the bay lately in water ranging from 4.5-13' with good topwater action. Most fish are congregated on the down current side of shell and not making much of a show at the surface. Look for very subtle fleeing bait. Sometime one or two shad or shrimp. Been using a 1/4 oz down south bounce to locate them. Generally if I have found them on plastics it's twice as good on tops.
