Need engine cowls painted in Rockport

Anybody have this done around the coastal bend? Merc wants 4k drive out for new cowls on 3 Verados. I'm looking for a way cheaper alternative. I've been staring at these ugly things since I bought the boat couple years ago and am ready to change it.
