Ok so we live in Missouri City and are planning to move closer to the water. And have decided to go salt water, yes I know the maintenance is more and the drive is longer, and yes there are more beggers in the area. But the fish is better as well as the shell fish, we have considered the flood insurence which is cheaper if it is homestead. Are there areas that are best and or closer to good catching areas. I know Bayou Vista the fishing is marginal on the canal, Tiki Island is more home like and Harbourwalk is out of the question. Where woulf yall suggest-we will consider all. Needs to be reasonable under $300.000
