Curado 200 "Greenie" Tune-Up Kit?

I have a few Shimano Bantam Curados (Old Greenies) that I would like to tune up.

Can you buy a kit that includes bearings, spacers, and drag washers? I'm looking for a kit that contains all of the items that are designed to wear out.

What company do you guys use to buy Shimano parts from?
