I know this has been said many times before, but since this is my first time dealing with them I feel it they deserve another. :dance:
This is a top notch company with fantastic customer service. I had a problem with my powerpole when it was retracting (pole is 5+ years old, lots of use). Called support and they advised to send the pump in for proper diagnostics.
Long story, short... a day after they received it, they rebuilt the pump, provided a new reservoir and fluid to fill it.
It is now on its way back to me and basically brand new.... the charge was very nominal and shipping was on them.
I know these units are pricey new, but with support like this I will gladly buy a another without question or concern.
