North Texas deer hunting

I have an opportunity to hunt a place in northeast cottle county and was wondering what to expect as far as the size and quantity of whitetail and if any mule deer are in the area. The land is between Childress and Quanah and just north of the pease river. This is family land that looks good to me from Google earth but I won't be able to get up there to see it until March. Also how is the dove, duck, turkey, and quail hunting in that area? Please post some pics of deer from that area and thanks for any input.
