Lost dog in Victoria?

My wife found a dog wandering our neighborhood (Tangerine) today with no collar and it followed her to our house. I am going to go door to door tomorrow and ask my neighbors. We put an ad in the lost and found section in the Victoria Advocate and will take him in and see if it is microchipped tomorrow as well. I am not describing the dog because just anyone could say it is theirs. I want a description and possibly any recent pictures before I just give him to someone. I want it to go to it's rightful owner.
