Kubota zd 21 60" cut zero turn

I bought a Kubota DIESEL zd21 with a 60" cut zeroturn to rebuild the gearbox and have a great mower. Gear box that turns the deck pulleys is whats wrong. Gearbox can be rebuilt for about 300 or you can buy a new one from Kubota for 900. Engine and hydrostatic drive run very well. Tractor has about over 2k hours on it yet there is now blow by. Deck is relatively new looking bbut the box is bad. Just dont have time for this project. Sheet metal is rough. Was 13k new.
