Ground Thermometer

I think this season I'm gonna use a ground thermometer to check the temps of the dirt before planting. It never fails that I'm always planting seeds when the grounds to cold & I'm having to replant the seeds two or even three times.

Any thoughts are suggestion are welcomed.

Seeds I have the most trouble with are peppers, cukes, melons, peas, & carrots. Guess, I'm planting to early & the grounds to cold.
