dargel skout

I have been looking at a 18 ft dargel skout but I do not know anyone who owns one. Can anyone tell me a little about these boats. How does it ride? Is it a wet ride? How well can it turn? How shallow will it draft? How much water does it need to get up and go? I have recently went out on a gulf coast and I loved the way it handled but with my little girl I can't have a boat with that low of sides. Does the dargel skout handle in anyway like a gulf Coast?
