220 swift or 22-250

I may have a chance to go prairie dog hunting.. Looking for a gun that can reach out and touch something... I'd also like to shoot deer with it to.... I've had allot of peeps say 220 swift....



Any opinions here. I'm open to suggestions... Again I want best all around gun for I'll praire dog hunt once a year..
