Termites

What to do?



Here's the deal. Found evident's of termites in corner of window ledge inside. On the outside directly under window found a mound and what remains of a tunnel no longer intake on side of foundation. Does that mean the termites went back down or are they still in the wall?



My friend can't afford to hire an exterminator. I want to help her out. What could I use to spray inside the walls to kill an existing termites and what should I use around the perimeter of the house? Should she put out a bait stakes, also?
