1/2 acre in hilltop lakes

i have a 1/2 acre for sale at hilltop lakes for $800. It is on one of the taxi ways that lead out to the run way. The only reason i am selling is because i am in a finacial bind. Taxes are up to date they are approximantly 40 a year and all dues are up to date. i will pay for title transfer. Any other questions please pm me
