Back in boating after an illness need help boarding.

I was wondering who uses a gangplank or something else to make boarding easier. I am ready to get back to boating after an serious illness and I lost a bit of mobility jumping on from the dock just will not happen anymore.

My boat is a Starcraft 2212 I was thinking. Of getting a wet slip and have a gangplank built I boat from the Beaumont yacht club.

Any ideas to help.
