Arroyo City Lots for Sale

I've got two lots on King Street for sale. Each is 75' x 100'. They are side by side and I am looking to sell them as a pair. The owner right next to me has three lots and is asking $49,500 for all three of them. I'm asking $27,500 for both of mine. If interested, please PM and I'll respond. If you know of someone interested, Ill pay a $500 finder's fee upon close of the sale.



I've decided to sell because my eldest son is going to attend Seminary after graduating college next year and I'm going to try and help him as much as I can. Thanks for the help.
