300 win mag Remington 700

Selling a custom built Remington 700 in 300win mag with a R5 stainless tactical 1 in 10" 24" barrel. The Remington has a MDT Tec21 LA tactical chassis with a Mark-X pro 3.5 pound trigger and Installed a Tri delta extreme duty brake. The stock is a CAA SRS 10 positions push button adjustable length of pull completely adjustable, featuring a rear-folding leg that converts a rifle with a bipod into a stable shooting platform. Also installed law tactical folding stock adapter with a fab defense AGR-43 grip. The rifle has 2 rounds down the pipe when I first bought it and after I installed the Tec21 chassis. The rifle takes accuracy International magazines. I built this gun for a friend and his wife is not letting him drop anymore money into the gun.
