Need AC recommendation in Rockport

I need to replace an old PTAC type unit with a newer one. Our little place has window units and one of these larger units in the wall. It very old and I need a new one. I have done a lot of research online but I have no idea which brand or size I need. Also would like to find someone that installs them as well.

Anybody got any recommendations for someone good in the Rockport area. Thanks
