Not sure how it started. I think it was when I was trying to find out why my modem (dial up connection) was only working after I turned off and waited 10 second. Any way, I think I tried to install a modem from a list but not sure. Now every time I turn computer on I get this block that titled "status" that is wanting me to insert a disk. It blocks all other application till I go to task manager and hit end process. I have tried downloading some clean up software but it did not work. Any one know how to remove this.
