Sooo, got into a wreck a few weeks ago. Both parties me and the other guys used Allstate.
It was their fault and the claim is under their policy.
BUT in dealing with Allstate, they've been bumbling idiots, and basically left me taking the bus to work, because in their own words, they don't have to provide a rental once they deem my car a total loss.
After going round and round, I'll still be out a couple grand if I were to replace my car with an identical year make and model, and that doesn't include what I should end up paying in a mileage deduction.
To make a long story short, I let them know If their offer was their offer, that's their decision, and I'd make the decision to leave.

Who does home owners insurance within 2 mile of the coast? Last time I checked I was within State Farms setback.
I can't cancel Twia till the term is over, what concerns should I have if any with having purchased TWIA with Allstate and having a different Insurance company for the standard home owners?
