Torsion axle corrosion

I've had an aluminum trailer for a couple years now, and see repeatedly on this forum that people are having issues with corrosion on the torsion axles. I haven't noticed any, but I'm not clear where you're seeing it. Is it on the full cross member or near the wheels? I got 20 years out of a galvanized trailer and leaf springs by using CorrosionX regularly, but haven't used it on the aluminum trailer or torsion axles yet.



I've posted this recommendation before, I pull a sprinkler on the hose under the boat to clean the trailer off after every saltwater trip, which may be why I'm not getting any corrosion.
