Livinston Dam Rip-Rap

Does anyone ever catch fish along the rip-rap at the dam? In a lot of lakes, rip-rap will hold LMB and other fish. I will admit that I have never succeeded on the rip-rap at Livingston and never seen anyone else fishing it. Any thoughts?
