Fair price mechanics labor?

Was quoted a price of roughly $350+tax for labor only to replace spark plugs, COP's, & fuel filter on a '06 F150 4.6 V8 from a S.A. area shop.

I am providing all parts.

Was quoted 6 hours work according to "book."

Location of back COP's and plugs is why I'm considering getting them done at a shop.

Is the above price & hours fair?

Would appreciate input.
