Buddy Bearing question

What do you do when you have a buddy bearing that will come out of the hub when you add grease?



I tried a spare bb but it still will back off the hub when you put a little grease in the fitting.



Guessing the hub is a micro size too big.



Suggestions to keep using this hub as I put a new set of bearings in both couple of months ago.
