I just bought a used minn kota Riptide 55lb to put on my 14' Dargel Skout. I'm going to put it on one of those quick release brackets. I want to put the battery under the front deck to even out the weight in the boat. The floor of the hatch is at an angle, so how should I go about putting a battery under there? Thanks!
