HPD Sgt. Philip Mulford was injured while off duty helping a stranded motorist back in December. An intoxicated driver struck him while he was outside of his vehicle. He was severely injured and will require multiple surgeries and rehabilitation before he can come back to work.
There will be a benefit for him this Friday (April 4, 2014) at the HPD Union Building located at 1602 State Street starting at 11 am. There will be an auction with many items to include sports memorabilia and a Beretta Nano 9mm.
There will also be a raffle for a DPMS 556 and two Glock pistols. Tickets for the raffle are $5 or 5 for $20. BBQ plates will be $10.

Philip is one of the best guys I know. Always willing to help someone in need, as this was what he was doing when he was injured. Please help us in supporting him!
