I have received three separate notices of "violations" from times that I towed my boat down Grand Parkway from FM 1093 to Hwy 59. I have an EZ Tag, have had it for years, and have had no problem towing my boat on the Westpark or on Beltway 8. When on Grand Parkway, however, the sensors never pick up my tag and then I get a photo of my boat trailer's license plate. If this were HCTRA, I could go down to their offices/ EZ Tag Store and work things out, but Ft Bend farms their phone operations out to somebody in New Jersey (I think), and they have absolutely NO customer service training. If the sensors picked up my truck's EZ Tag it wouldn't be a problem, but since it rarely registers, I have no defense against the fines. Am I supposed to get a separate tag for my trailer and put it on the windshield of the boat?
