After a couple of disappointing experiences with Midway in Katy, I tried out Greak's in Alvin.
All I can say is WOW. I picked up my cooler full of sausage and backstrap, and brought it home this morning, and threw two links on the grille. Simply amazing.
The people were super nice, turnaround was 6 days, and the sausage is beyond anything we've ever had.
If you get a chance, try out Greak's, located at Froberg Farms. You will not be disappointed!!
...and you'll get all of YOUR meat back....not that, well, anyplace else wouldn't......
