Dog took a tail off a slow sink MM on my workbench and I cut the remainder off about the same length as a CC.
This is a one bait only sample but I this bait looked fantastic in the pool with the cut off tail and the one hook.
For me it looked like a Fatboy on caffeine. Jumps around and when stopped it sinks horizontally with that slow little corky flutter.
Bottom line this might be something to try with a MM that loses it tail of if you lose that last cc and they are not hitting the mm. :)
I am guessing that if you cut the tail in different angles you could get different actions??
Yea I got too much time on my hands this weekend. Cleaned, waxed, the boat and took the prop to Louie to rework so I am Home and not fishing. Having a great time putting up Christmas cr-- instead with the wife. ;) :)
