Do you think there is an ethical dilemma paying for a guide locally if you’re an avid fisherman and might possibly return to the spots on your own. Do you think you still get the same service if the guide knows you’re a local rather then being from out of town? I’m on both sides considering your paying around $500-$600 dollars (The same amount I could get a room on a week long cruise for ha) you would think you might have paid and deserved the information you get out of the trip and able to utilize it the way you want. Or is that just a horrible thing to do? HaHa, Which I could see it going that way too considering if I was a guide I wouldn’t want to see prior clients in my honey hole when arriving there with my new clients trying to show them a good time and making sure they get there money worth. I don’t plan on getting guide anytime soon but I was Just wondering if anybody had these same thoughts or had input on the topic.
