2nd boat

I recently bought a d/c 21' key west real nice boat but after trying to fish in it I have come to terms that I can't really fish it in shallow water and I can't do more than 3 people. So, I decided to buy another boat what I would consider a shallow water boat a 16' mckee craft classic cc with 110 evinrude what's y'alls thought on this boat any advise would be greatly appreciated
