Fishing Abroad

Do Anyone have any advice on charters to use to go deep sea fishing in Jabail Saudi Arabia? I have relocated here for a year or two. Seems like most of the guides here only go about 3 or 5 miles out and satisfied with catching small aquarium size fish. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
