Input on CCs

I'm looking for pros and cons of certain center consoles. Other than fishing a on a few I have zero knowledge of what to look for, brands to avoid, easy to work on or fix, bildge access, fishable space, so on so forth. Brand new is not really in the cards but late 2000 models with 4strokes are the route we wanna go. My short list includes SeaVee, Jupiter, Contender, Regulator, somewhere in the 27-31 range. I just don't really know certain details of each and would like to hear input. Thanks.
