Beachfront Bargain Hunt....Sargent, Texas

I don't know if anyone watches the show Beachfront Bargain Hunt on HGTV, but tonight one of the shows was on Sargent, Texas. My wife and I watch it, it features beach front or near beach homes. It was interesting to see that there are affordable properties to be found in places you would not think to find them.



I understand there will be an episode, I don't know when that features Cape Carancahua, between Palacios and Port Lavaca. I am really interested to watch that one as we own a couple of lots in the Cape, and have close friends that have a waterfront home there.
