Tax on selling a vehicle, SPV?

I am about to sell a vehicle to an individual. My question is how to handle the tax for the purchaser?



Wishing to avoid taxes, we wish to use the Standard Presumptive Value instead of the purchase price. How do we handle this when we go to the tax office?
