Youth Hunting License

Taking my son duck hunting with some friends of mine. I haven't been duck hunting in about 10 years, and want to make sure we are up to snuff on our licenses.



For a youth, all we need is a youth hunting license. It states they are exempt from any stamp requirements. Am I reading that right? He is 11.
