Weight Loss Update

I received a text tonight from Robert (Blk Jck 224) and at one point he asked about my weight loss and I realized I hadn't given an update and I told a few people I would. December 18th will be 1 year since my surgery and I'm down 156 lbs. I went from wearing a 5X shirt to between a XL and 2X and a 52" waist to 38"-40" waist pant.
