Warning about On the Border Motorcycle Sales

My buddy at work did one of those consignment deals where they sell your bike for you. Well they sold his bike and finally gave my buddy a check for 8500 and the check bounced. His credit union withdrew the amount from his savings and now he is out 8500 and the bike. They keep giving him the run around about when he will get his money. They are in Pasadena located on Spencer. I just want to make sure no one else gets scammed. He is going to have to take them to court to get his money. SPONGE
