What I am considering is buying a sail boat and keeping it as a condo on the water and want to see if any body else would be interested in co oping with me.We could do an on line calender and first come first served, you can stay on it or sail it either way, but if you take it out you will be responsible to get it back to the slip reguardles of the days events and must have it back before the next 2 cooler is scheduled to arrive. Bring your own linens and so fourth as well as cooking vessels. I think a monthly fee of $95.00 per each applicant per month would be reasonable as the maintenance, slip fee's, insurence, upkeep, not transferable as a gift to someone not on the plan. Lets hear your thoughts
