Reloading Basics---What Do I Need?

I've been told that to start reloading I need a "RBC" Rock Crusher Press...



This info comes from a trusted source. If I buy a used press...What do I

need to make sure the press has with it to start reloading...



I know I will need "Dies" for each caliber that I want to reload, but what

do the "Dies" do for you.... I checked and there are a dozen or more type

of "Dies" for each caliber...
