Crawfish. Cook your own or buy already cooked?

We are in the catering business but we are interested to see if most or some people prefer live sales. We are thinking about adding this to our line up this season as my dear friend shut down his business here in Alvin.



Of course we still offer cooked sacks for the ones that want it but want to make sure everyone is taken care of.



The season will be closing in soon. Let us know your thoughts. Are you a do-it-yourselfer or do you like to pick them up already cooked from us at SCC.
